Farol - Limited Edition Fine Art Print

I offer a free delivery service within the UK/EU on all products except large original works.

Whenever possible your painting or print will be carefully rolled in a sturdy tube and sent by a trackable, signed-for postal service. You will be notified when it has been dispatched with any tracking details. 

For large original works on canvas, please contact me and I will quote depending on size, destination and if you would like the piece rolled or sent on its original mount. 

I aim to have all pieces on their way to you within 1-5 working days and you will receive regular tracking updates via email.

I'm here to help! Before we begin, if you have any questions at all about buying one of my pieces online, would like more photos, information or to see a mock up of how my piece could look in your space, please get in touch. 

I put a lot of love into my work and I'm rigorous about quality control, so I'm confident that you'll delighted with your piece - but if for any reason you aren't, please get in touch to let me know you will be returning it in its original condition.

Depending on your location, you should return your painting or print within 14 days using the same method of delivery you received it - tracked or registered post. For original pieces, insurance must be taken out. 

Once the painting or print is returned in the same, saleable condition I sent it out in, you will be refunded for the full cost of the item only.

Great news! For Prints your order already includes an automatic provision for VAT payable and/or import duties to most destinations. We will also take care of the paperwork for export, to make the process nice and simple for you.

You won't have to fill out any paperwork but you may be contacted by your local delivery service to confirm your details and arrange a delivery time.

Occasionally, goods can be subject to random checks by customs and this is beyond our control. If this happens, you will be contacted by our courier - please then get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist.

It's important to remember however, that while we make every effort to make the delivery and import process as smooth as possible we cannot guarantee that all duties have been paid for all destinations, especially outside UK/EU and you may be asked by the authorities to pay additional duties.

To import Original Works, depending on your destination, you can expect to pay 5-6% tax but your piece will be exempt from VAT for export. Please contact me for a quote, along with shipping.

We will always be on hand to help with the import process of originals, to make the process as smooth as possible. As a reminder, in the EU no duties are payable.
